BLUEFIELD, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Bluefield City Municipal Court has issued bench warrants or arrest warrants for multiple individuals, according to the Bluefield Police Department.
Authorities are urging those listed to resolve their legal matters promptly.
Individuals with warrants have two options:
- Turn themselves in at the Bluefield City Police Department, where they will be processed, receive a bond amount, and, if able to post bond, be released with a future court date.
- For simple Show Cause warrants, individuals can visit the police department and pay the fine to have the warrant dismissed.
The police department warns that if those with warrants do not come forward, officers will actively seek them out, arrest them, and hold them in the city jail until they can appear before a judge or post bond.
