Narrows, Va. – Collin Fox poured in 24 points as James Monroe beat Narrows, Va. 62-46 to win the Narrows Holliday Tournament.
Eli Allen added 17 points in the win, earning tournament MVP honors. He finished with a triple double grabbing 11 rebounds and dishing 13 assists.
James Monroe moves to 2-0 on the season.

Gabe Patton scored 23 points for the Spartans (1-1) in the loss while Kaiden Huffman added 13.
East will travel to Beckley on Friday.

Princeton – Princeton’s offense continued to scorch the nets Saturday as the Tigers collected a 98-61 win over county foe PikeView at Princeton.
Kris Joyce led the way with 25 points while Chase Hancock added 25. Nic Flemming also had a solid showing with 22 points.
Jared Vestal led PikeView with 16 points.
PikeView drops to 1-2 while Princeton improves to 3-0.
