WELCH, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Members of the Welch community have been invited to enjoy some family fun in the sand and sun at the upcoming Coaltown Beach Bash.
The family friendly event is set to take place the first weekend of July at Martha H. Moore Riverfront Park, – located at 141 McDowell St, in Welch, WV 24801 – beginning at 6:00pm on Saturday, July 1, 2023.
Those in attendance can anticipate a number of family friendly activities, including games, a beer garden, beach music, and even a fireworks display set to begin at 10:00pm.
Street vendors will be set up at the event, and additional vendors are currently being sought to participate.
Guests are encouraged to bring along their own chairs for the festivities, and will be offered free watermelon just for attending.
