LEWISBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The penultimate day of the 2024 State Fair of West Virginia saw guests navigating intermittent showers to partake in the beloved annual tradition.
Rides and attractions were generally unaffected by weather conditions, which also served to mitigate the usual sweltering temperatures from the summer sun.
From animal-lovers and shoppers to foodies and thrill-seekers, one could happen upon fair-goers of all types on Friday, with many also making their way out to catch a performance from singer/songwriter Oliver Anthony.
The State Fair of West Virginia will conclude its 99th run this weekend, with Saturday, August 17th set to be the final day of the year for the Mountain State tradition.
