TURTLE CREEK, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A woman faces Trespassing charges following an incident in the Boone County area last Tuesday.
As indicated by a release from the Boone County Sheriff’s Department, on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, deputies with the department responded to the Turtle Creek area of Boone County in reference to reports of an ongoing disturbance.
Upon the arrival of authorities on the scene, an investigation was conducted into the nature of the disturbance itself.
This investigation yielded confirmation of the role of Candess Holley, 37 years old of Danville, in the disturbance.
Reports indicate that Holley persisted in her presence on personal property, despite having been requested to leave.
Holley has been charged with Trespassing – asked to leave in accordance with West Virginia State Code §61-3B-3 (E) – which pertains to an offender defying an order to leave personally communicated to him or her by the owner, tenant or agent of such owner or tenant.
