ANSTED, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Dixie’s Drive-In located in Ansted is set to open for the season this week. They will return with their full ice cream menu which includes a couple of new treats.
According to Dixie’s Drive-In Facebook page, the establishment will open for the season on Wednesday, June 14, at 3 PM.
Dixie’s will be open from 3 PM-7 PM during the first two days of opening and then 12 PM-8 PM Friday and Saturday, 12 PM-5 PM on Sunday. Dixie’s will return to their normal summer schedule on June 21.
The normal business hours for Dixie’s is as follows:
Wednesday & Thursday: 12 PM-7 PM
Friday & Saturday: 12 PM-8 PM
Sunday: 12 PM-5 PM
Monday & Tuesday: Closed
On the ice cream menu, Dixie’s will be offering a full lineup of cones, cups, sundaes, shakes, blasts, and specialty desserts in chocolate, vanilla, and swirl with the occasional strawberry soft serve.
A couple of new treats are also being added to the ice cream menu which will be announced soon.
Due to rising food costs, Dixie’s will only be serving hot dogs and BBQ on their food menu. They will also be serving sides such as fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, nachos, chili cheese fries, chicken nuggets, funnel cake fries, and corn dogs.
