LEWIS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is facing charges after headbutting a woman and dragging her around the house.
On July 14, 2024, an officer responded to 220 Brooke Street regarding an active domestic disturbance. The victim reported that David Webb, the defendant, pushed her, headbutted her, and forcefully dragged her around the residence.
Ms. Posey exhibited a bruise on her forehead, which she attributed to the headbutt from Mr. Webb.
She also mentioned that the bruise resulted from a previous incident in which he struck her. The victim and Mr. Webb reside at the same address and are domestic partners.
This incident took place within the incorporated city limits of Weston, WV, in Lewis County.
