HURRICANE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Crews were called to an early morning house fire on Saturday.
According to the Nitro Fire Department (NFD), they provided mutual aid to Hurricane Fire & Rescue Saturday morning for a residential structure fire.
The fire occurred on Brook Drive in Hurricane.
The home suffered “extensive” damage, according to NFD. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time.
Also providing assistance were Teays Valley, Culloden, and Milton Fire Departments, and Putnam County EMS.
