MONTGOMERY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is in jail after he sexually abused another male.
According to Montgomery Police, on Wednesday, November 3, officers were called to Montgomery Hospital about a sexual assault incident. When police arrived, the victim told authorities that his uncle, Steve Skidmore, had forced him to have sexual intercourse on two occasions the day before.
Skidmore sexually abused the victim twice and told him, “do this now, or you will get hurt,” and “if you ‘explicit’ tell anyone, I will kill you.” During one incident, he told the victim he was going to record it for his personal use.
The victim traveled to the hospital for a sexual assault kit.
Skidmore is charged with incest, 2nd-degree sexual assault, and strangulation.
