FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Mount Carbon man is facing felony charges in Fayette County. Sheriff Shannon Morris releases the following information regarding the incident.
On September 8, 2024 deputies received notification from the Montgomery General Hospital Emergency Room of a suspected sexual assault. Deputies responded and began their investigation resulting in warrants being issued for the suspected offender.
Clayton A Holstein, 25 of Mount Carbon, is charged with the felony offense of Second Degree Sexual Assault. Holstein will now await further court proceedings.
