FAYETTEVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Fayette County man has been indicted on an array of charges pertaining to the sexual abuse of a child by a person in a position of trust.
Johnny L. Kincaid – 54 years old of Fayette County – was one of 53 indictments to be returned by a Fayette County Grand Jury for the month of January 2024.
Charges faced by Kincaid include: three counts of Sexual Abuse by a Parent, Guardian, Custodian, or Person in Position of Trust to a Child, two counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, two counts of Use of Obscene Matter with Intent to Seduce a Minor, and two counts of Distribution and Display to Minor of Obscene Matter – all felony charges.
