SCARBRO, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Some Fayette County motorists may seek to alternate routes of travel Tuesday following the closure of one road.
Sheriff Mike Fridley of the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office reports that Plum Orchard Lake Road will be “closed for an extended amount of time” Tuesday morning.
The announcement comes after a tractor trailer has reportedly gotten stuck in the area along the road. Plum Orchard Lake Road will remain closed for an indeterminant amount of time as crews conduct work to remove the tractor trailer.
Sheriff Fridley advises motorists who would normally utilize the roadway in the area to seek alternate routes throughout the morning as crews work to clear the travel path.
