FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Today, members of the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department and the United States Marshal’s Service C.U.F.F.E.D. Task Force performed a warrant round-up in Fayette County.
Sheriff Mike Fridley provides the following information regarding the cooperative mission.
Throughout Fayette County today, deputies and USMS Task Force members set out to execute various Circuit Court Bench Warrants and Parole Violation Warrants. As a result, five individuals, who have been absconding from the courts, were able to be apprehended.
Benjamin Pennington, 56, was arrested for Parole Violations.
William Short, 50, was arrested for Parole Violations.
Harold Dixon Jr., 51, was arrested for Parole Violations.
Rachel Farmer, 25, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant.
Kenneth Clement Jr., 32, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant.
These individuals were transported to Southern Regional Jail to await further court proceedings.
