UPDATE: A missing juvenile female has been located by law enforcement.
Deputy B.L. Kay of the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office has been leading an investigation into the disappearance of 17-year-old Mariya Cinclair Sperbeck from the Rutledge area on Thursday.
A Sunday afternoon update from the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office indicated that Sperbeck has been located by members of the Charleston Police Department.
Additional details, including the current condition of the subject of the search, have not been made public at the time of writing.

RUTLEDGE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Members of the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office are currently seeking assistance from the public in determining the location of a missing juvenile.
Deputy B.L. Kay of the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is reportedly leading an investigation into the whereabouts of 17-year-old Mariya Cinclair Sperbeck of the Rutledge area.
Law enforcement indicates that Sperbeck was last seen leaving her Lucas Hollow Road residence the evening of Thursday, April 4, 2024, and that her family has not seen or heard from her since that time.
