PARKERSBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Four people were arrested Tuesday following an investigation into a suspected drug-trafficking operation, according to the Parkersburg Violent Crime and Narcotics Task Force.
With help from the Parkersburg Police Department SWAT team, the Task Force executed three search warrants at 1607 19th St., 1421 19th St. Apt. 2, and 1419 19th St. Apt. R. Agents seized approximately 1.6 pounds of suspected methamphetamine, 96 grams of suspected fentanyl, 23 grams of suspected crack cocaine, a handgun, and a large amount of cash.
Arrested were:
- Johnny Lee Bell, 51, of Detroit, charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, cocaine, and fentanyl, delivery of fentanyl, and drug conspiracy. Bond was set at $250,000 surety.
- Natasha Dunn, 35, of Parkersburg, charged with drug conspiracy. Bond was set at $15,000 surety.
- Amber Perry-Fluharty, 38, of Parkersburg, charged with drug conspiracy. Bond was set at $20,000 surety.
- Grace Keaffaber, 37, of Parkersburg, charged with drug conspiracy. Bond was set at $20,000 surety.
The Task Force said more arrests are expected.
The Task Force includes investigators from the Parkersburg Police Department, Wood County Sheriff’s Office, Vienna and Williamstown Police Departments, and the West Virginia State Police.
