FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Free Annual Community Thanksgiving Meal group is now accepting orders for their 21st Community Thanksgiving Meals, which will be distributed on Thanksgiving Day.
The meals are made free to anyone who made need one and will be made available for pickup at various convenient locations across Fayette County. The deadline for meal orders will be at the end of the month, with final orders to be accepted on October 31, 2023.
Those looking to reserve meals may reach out by email to communitythanksgivingmeal@outlook.com or by phone at (681) 410-0053 and leave a message including the name, number of meals requested, phone number, and pickup location.
Meals ordered will be available on Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 23, 2023 – from 10:00am to 12:00pm at one of the following pickup site locations.
- Lewis Christian Community Center – 469 Central Avenue, Oak Hill
- Smithers Gateway Center – 2 Greyhound Way, Smithers
- Pax Gym – 37 School Street, Pax
- SALS Community Center – 1862 Beards Fork Road, Beards Fork
- SALS Regina Three Rivers Apartments – 194 Scrabble Creek Road, Gauley Bridge
- SALS Raines Building – 1 mile south of Kincaid Post Office on Route 61
- Mount Hope Community Center – 518 Main Street, Mount Hope
- Midland Trail Community Center – 119 Church Street, Ansted
