Wyoming East 16, Liberty 1 (Four Innings)
New Richmond – Paige Laxton collected her third home run of the season Wednesday night as Wyoming East evened its record at 3-3 with a 16-1 four-inning win over Liberty in New Richmond.
Laxton was joined by teammates Olivia Hylton, Kayley Bane and Andrea Laxton, all of whom collected three hits each.
Bane, Paige Laxton and Savannah Brehm each drove in three runs as eight different players collected hits for East.
The Lady Warriors will return to action Friday when they travel to Gilmer County for a doubleheader.
