Lindside – Despite numerous losses to graduation James Monroe didn’t miss a beat in the season opener.
Maggie Boroski scored a game-high 27 points as Class A No. 6 James Monroe rolled to a 72-38 win over No. 3 Greenbrier West in Lindside.
The win is the first for new head coach Angela Mann.
Mary Beth Meadows added 21 points for the Lady Mavs in the win while Preslee Treadway led the Cavs with 12 points in the loss.
