New Richmond – Wyoming East junior Kayley Bane scored a career-high 30 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as the Lady Warriors beat sectional foe Bluefield 71-33 Thursday night in New Richmond.
Bane was hot from the start, scoring 11 of her 30 in the opening frame and adding 15 more in the fourth quarter.
Joining Bane in double figures were teammates Madison Clark (15 points and 11 rebounds) and Cadee Blackburn (10).
Arionna Dowell led Bluefield with 11 points in the loss.

Midland Trail took control of the game in the first quarter and cruised past Greater Beckley Christian 66-34 Thursday night for its third win this week.
Addison Isaacs led Trail with 19 points , while Megan Gill finished with a double-double, scoring 10 points and grabbing 11 rebounds.
Emma Brumfield had seven rebounds and five assists for Trail (3-2) who hosts Westside Monday.
Joy McKoy led the Crusaders with 18 points. Emma Holstein and Emerson Young had seven points each.
