Mercer Christian Academy 63, James Monroe 52
Princeton – Mercer Christian erased a 10-point halftime deficit, outscoring James Monroe 36-15 in the second half en route to a 63-52 win Thursday.
Bailee Martin led four Cavaliers in double figures with 19 points and Kayley Trump scored 15. Ella Botts added 11 points and Karis Trump tallied 10.
The Mavs had three players in double figures, but were hampered by foul trouble. Maggie Boroski scored 20 points, while Ava Dunlap added 12 points and Mary Beth Meadows scored 10 points.

Independence controlled the game from the opening quarter and rolled past Richwood 63-36 in Coal City on Senior Night.
Lacey Goodson and Harmony Mills recorded double-doubles to lead the Patriots. Goodson scored 27 points along with 10 rebounds and six assists, while Mills added 20 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.
Kamryn Wooten also had double digit rebounds with 10.
Chloe Cox led the Lumberjacks with 11 points.
