Summers County 61, Nicholas County 42
Hinton – Class AA No. 4 Summers County led 38-14 at the break and cruised past Nicholas County 61-42 Thursday on Wayne Ryan Court.
The Bobcats were led by Gracie Harvey with 17 points and Avery Lilly with 12 which included three buckets from behind the arc.
Abby Persinger added eight points for Summers County (9-2) who travels to PikeView Thursday.
Adrienne Truman led all scorers for the Grizzlies (2-5) with 24 points. Nicholas County hosts Shady Spring Monday.
