LEWISBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Greenbrier County man is charged with making terroristic threats.
According to Lewisburg Police, officers responded to City National Bank in Lewisburg for a threats call. When they arrived, they were met by the suspect, Christopher Cooper, who said he was only checking his bank account.
Two witnesses told police that Cooper threatened to kill everyone inside the bank. Police say they have had prior dealings with Cooper making the same threats at almost every business in Lewisburg. Cooper also states that he is a federal agent on a special assignment.
Cooper is charged with terroristic threats. He is currently in Southern Regional Jail under a 25,000 dollar bond.
