LESAGE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – For years, the roadside restaurant, Hillbilly Hotdogs, in Cabell County has been serving up some of the best hotdogs around.
The over-21-year-old business started by couple Sonny and Sharie Knight in 1999 is still serving up weenies today.
The unique restaurant is located inside an old school bus that has been renovated to accommodate hungry customers craving some good ole West Virginia hotdogs and hamburgers.
Some of the featured items at Hillbilly Hotdogs include the Pizza Dog made with pizza sauce, shredded cheese, and fried pepperoni, and the Mothman Dog made with a deep-fried weenie, chili sauce, 1,000 island, 2-onion rings, and maters.
Believe it or not, the location also serves as a wedding chapel where you can reserve your own “Weenie Weddin’”.
The restaurant is open Thursday-Sunday from 11 AM-5 PM and closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Hillbilly Hotdogs is located at 6951 Ohio River Rd, Lesage, WV 25537.
