(LOOTPRESS) – Home improvement projects could become slightly more expensive as Home Depot announced potential price increases on certain items.
The nation’s largest home improvement retailer revealed the news in its quarterly earnings report on Tuesday.

Home Depot cited tariffs imposed by the Trump administration as a factor affecting the cost of its products.
Nearly half of the company’s inventory is imported from suppliers outside the United States, which exposes it to rising costs.
The company emphasized that the price increases will not be broad-based and will only affect select items.
This announcement follows Home Depot’s May statement that it would not raise prices despite the tariffs.
