DURBIN, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A planned outage which will impact hundreds of Mon Power customers is set to occur on Wednesday.
According to a statement from Mon Power, the morning of Wednesday, October 4, 2023, will see a scheduled outage take effect in order for the company to perform necessary facility upgrades.
The interruption in service reportedly will span from the hours of 9:00am to 1:00pm and will impact approximately 210 Mon Power customers. Customers affected will reportedly be those in the vicinity of Highland Street, Main Street, and Staunton Parkersburg Turnpike in the Durbin, WV area.
An automated call is set to go out to customers who stand to be affected by the outage notifying these individuals of the scheduled occurrence.
“Mon Power thanks you for your patience and understanding while we perform this work to improve your electric service reliability,” said the company in a statement.
