WASHINGTON, D.C. (LOOTPRESS) – President Donald Trump announced on Truth Social Friday that he is revoking President Joe Biden’s access to classified information, including daily intelligence briefings.
Trump justified the move by citing a decision made in 2021 when Biden, shortly after taking office, blocked Trump from receiving intelligence briefings traditionally offered to former presidents.
At the time, Biden expressed concerns about Trump’s behavior following the January 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol and whether he could be trusted with sensitive national security details.
In his statement, Trump referenced the recent special counsel report by Robert Hur, which described Biden as having “poor memory.”
Trump argued that Biden’s access to intelligence should be revoked for national security reasons, echoing the rationale Biden used against him three years ago.
“I will always protect our National Security,” Trump wrote, before concluding his post with, “JOE, YOU’RE FIRED. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
