WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Local patrons of Greenbrier County international goods and whole food shop PINOY Store are expressing surprise and dismay following a Friday morning announcement indicating the establishment’s plans to close in March.
The White Sulphur Springs establishment first made its way to the area in 2020 and has since offered an array of international food products, with particular consideration to Filipino goods and cuisine.
A statement released from the establishment via social media on Friday indicated plans to close and thanked patrons for their support over the years.
“As much as [we’d] love to be around longer, we are closing doors in a month or so,” read the statement. “We thank you all for the support over the past couple of years. Please stop by and visit us.”
PINOY Store also announced that, in anticipation of the closing of the shop, customers would be offered 15% off their total purchase should they stop in during the establishment’s final weeks in business.
PINOY Store can be found at 714 Main St. E, White Sulphur Springs, WV, and more information can be found at the PINOY Store Facebook page.
