Authorities say Andrews had returned to the property to confront his fiancée, Jessica Ruble.
Shortly after Ruble exited the residence, Andrews allegedly forced her into a white two-door convertible and left the scene.
A warrant for abduction and kidnapping was issued, and investigators later located the suspect’s vehicle in Belpre, Ohio.
With assistance from the Belpre Police Department, Andrews was taken into custody without incident. Ruble was found at the scene and was not injured.
Authorities also arrested Ruble on an unrelated warrant. She is currently being held by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
