CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – One man has been arrested after breaking into a home and attempting to break down the bedroom door of a juvenile who was home alone.
According to a criminal complaint, on Wednesday, May 10, 21-year-old Tanner Lane Gibson forcibly entered an occupied residence in the Charleston area.
At the time of the break-in, a juvenile female was the only one home at the time. Gibson kicked in two doors to the residence, which he gained entry into.
The complaint further states there was evidence of forced entry located on the scene from both doors being kicked. Gibson also attempted to kick in the juvenile’s bedroom door while he was inside the residence.
Gibson was arrested and charged with Burglary. He is currently at South Central Regional Jail.
