HUNTINGTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Huntington man is facing charges after police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance early Tuesday morning.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Cabell County, officers were dispatched to a residence at on W 9th Street at approximately 12:25 a.m. on May 27.
Upon arrival, the victim told officers that during an argument, the suspect, identified as Brandon Hedrick, grabbed her by the throat, choked her, and threatened to “snap her neck and kill her.”
The victim also reported that Hedrick punched her in the face with a closed fist.
Officers observed visible injuries, including a small laceration on the right side of her nose, bruising under her eye, and redness around her neck.
Hedrick was taken into custody and was charged with Domestic Violence.
