FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Charlton Heights man is facing felony charges in Fayette County. Sheriff Jess McMullen provides the following information regarding this incident. Â
Just after noon on February 16, 2025, deputies received notification of a domestic battery in the Charlton Heights area. When deputies arrived, they found a female who was visibly injured. The female told deputies she had been held against her will in the basement of her husband’s residence, and had been beaten repeatedly since Friday, February 14th. The female was treated for her injuries and deputies apprehended the male without incident.
Robert A. Hull, 45 of Charlton Heights, is charged with the felony offense of Kidnapping, as well as the misdemeanor offense of Domestic Battery.
