SUMMERSVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is facing charges after he thought he was meeting a 14-year-old girl for sex at Summersville Elementary School.
According to detectives, Eric Ahart, 26, communicated with who he thought was a 14-year-old juvenile female. Â Ahart asked the juvenile to engage in sexual intercourse and that he would bring condoms. Â The suspect and the child set a meeting place at Summersville Elementary School.
An undersigned officer observed Ahart at the playground of Summersville Elementary School. Â The suspect admitted to detectives that he was communicating with who he thought was a 14-year-old female and planned on having sexual intercourse with her and other sexual activities.
Ahart is charged with soliciting a minor. Â He is currently in Central Regional Jail.
