Man arrested for indecent exposure, possession

WILLIAMSON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – An individual faces multiple charges stemming from a Tuesday arrest for various offenses including indecent exposure.

According to the Mingo County Sheriff’s Office, on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, Corporal Mounts of the MCSO arrested one individual identified as 61-year-old Jimmy Rushing.

Charges incurred by Rushing as a result of this arrest, according to authorities, include Simple Possession, Expired Registration, Defective Equipment, and Indecent Exposure.

The arrest is the latest in a series of encounters with law enforcement for the suspect, with arrests in recent years having been initiated on charges such as DUI, Attempts at Fleeing, Bond Revocation, Lack of Insurance, and other similar charges.
