NICHOLAS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is facing charges after intentionally setting fire to a home.
According to the State Fire Marshal’s Office, Scotty Marshall admitted to setting fire to a home located in Birch River of Nicholas County on August 6, 2022.
It is unknown why Marshall set fire to the home.
Marshall is currently in Central Regional Jail under a 100,000 dollar bond.
