FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Boomer man is facing felony charges in Fayette County. Sheriff Mike Fridley provides the following information regarding this incident.
In June of 2022, deputies with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department Detective’s Bureau began an investigation into an allegation of sexual abuse against a juvenile.
James M. Moore II, 34, of Boomer, is charged with the felony offenses of Sexual Abuse by Parent Guardian or Custodian and Sexual Abuse in the First Degree. Moore was transported to the Southern Regional Jail to await court proceedings.
