NICHOLAS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is charged after he provided Methamphetamines to an 11-year-old minor and showed him how to ingest it with a straw.
Between January 2024 and May 2024, Justin Clayton Flanagan, the defendant, was found to have provided Methamphetamines to an 11-year-old minor under his care.
On May 16, 2024, a forensic interview by Nicholas County Deputies revealed that the victim had been given Methamphetamines by Flanagan on four separate occasions. These incidents took place at both the victim’s mother’s residence and Flanagan’s own home.
The victim detailed how Flanagan supplied him with Methamphetamines and demonstrated how to ingest it using a straw. Following the ingestion, Flanagan informed the child that it was Meth.
Flanagan is charged with four counts of delivery of a controlled substance and child abuse causing injury. He is being held in Central Regional Jail under a 125,000 dollar bond.
