BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Two Beckley men are facing sexual assault and sexual abuse charges after forcing a woman to have non-consensual sexual intercourse.
According to court documents, on July 21, 2021, a female victim stated that she met up with Alfred Pittman at Go Mart on Harper Road in Beckley and traveled to the home of Davide Laquan Hudson. Davide Laquan Hudson was currently out on bond on home confinement while he awaits trial for the murder and kidnapping in connection to the shooting and killing of 18-year-old Amber Meadows at the Travelodge hotel in Beckley in July of 2018. Upon arrival, Pittman parked his Mercedes in front of Mr. Hudson’s home and exited the vehicle. Mr. Hudson then exited his home and approached the car, and spoke to the victim.
Moments before the conversation ended, Pittman returned to the driver’s seat, had his genitals exposed, and told the victim to perform oral sex. The victim responded and told Pittman no. Pittman then grabbed the victim by the back of her neck and forced her to have oral sex. The victim stated that second laters, Mr. Hudson opened the passenger’s side door and began to assault her sexually. The victim told Hudson to stop, but both suspects escalated their behavior and physically restrained her, and continued to assault her sexually.
During the investigation, Pittman admitted to running numerous errands for Mr. Hudson due to being on home confinement restrictions. Pittman said he picked up the woman and brought her to Hudson’s home per his request.
Both men are currently in jail. Hudson is charged with first and second-degree sexual abuse, conspiracy, and home confinement violations. Pittman is charged with second-degree sexual assault, conspiracy to commit a felony, a circuit court capias.
