WYOMING COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting an underage child.
Kyle Blake Workman is accused of sexually assaulting an underage child for several years. Â During an interview, it was discovered that Workman touched the child and then as years passed would sexually assault her.
Workman offered the child cigarettes if she would perform sexual acts.
Workman is charged with sexual assault, sexual abuse, and solicitation of a minor. He is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 100,000 dollar bond.
