CHARLOTTE, NC (LOOTPRESS) – Man is suing Marriott after he allegedly woke up to find a stranger performing oral sex on him.
According to reports, in April 2022, a Mississippi man was staying at the Marriott on West Trade Stree in Uptown Charlotte when he found a man, whom he claimed was a stranger, performing oral sex on him.
The victim has filed a lawsuit seeking $160 million in damages. Jermaine Lamon Peay, the suspect, is facing criminal charges.
WSOC-TV reports that the self-closing and self-locking door to his room was not functioning properly, which led to the door not shutting or locking.
The lawsuit claims the hotel failed to implement adequate security measures.
This is not the first incident that Jermaine Lamont Peay has been involved in; other charges over the years include burglary, larceny, and sexual offenses.
