RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is in jail after he had been aggressive with a female for three days, which included throwing green beans at her while in bed and later cereal and lettuce.
On Sunday, July 28, 2024, at approximately 1:15 PM, Raleigh County Communications contacted this Trooper about a domestic incident in Glen Daniel, WV. While en route, a witness informed communications that Douglas McMillion was shouting obscenities and throwing objects at a female victim.
By the time this Trooper arrived, Douglas McMillion had already left the scene. Upon arrival, this Trooper spoke with the victim. She reported that Douglas had been aggressive towards her for three days.
Earlier that day, around 11:00 AM, while she was lying in bed, Douglas entered the room, cursed at her, and threw green beans, hitting her. Shortly after, when the victim moved to the kitchen, Douglas began throwing cereal and lettuce at her. As the confrontation escalated, he grabbed her by the arm and pushed her against the wall before fleeing the scene.
While at the residence, this Trooper noted significant damage, with food items spread throughout the area. There was also a bruise and a mark resembling a fingernail impression on the victim’s left arm, which appeared to be caused by Douglas.
The injuries were consistent with being forcefully grabbed or pinched. This Trooper requested warrants for Douglas McMillion on charges of domestic battery and domestic assault.
