CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Members of the Charleston Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division are seeking assistance from the public in identifying an individual who caused damage to a Kanawha County parking garage.
According to the Charleston Police Department CID, on Sunday, September 10th, 2023, at around 2:00 AM, an unknown individual entered the City of Charleston Parking Garage in the 900 block of Quarrier Street.
Upon entering, the individual reportedly kicked several windows, causing extensive damage.
Video surveillance was later obtained by authorities which captured the suspect at the scene. Stills depicting the suspect were released to assist in the potential identification of the suspect.
While the specific photos release do not appear to depict the suspect actively kicking the windows in question, some members of the public noted that the suspect appears to be in the process of relieving himself in the corner of the garage in some of the released stills.
