WELCH, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Over a dozen individuals of interest have been named in a recently released list of arrest warrants by the McDowell County Magistrate Court.
The names of those included represent individuals with whom the McDowell County Magistrate Court and/or McDowell County Sheriff’s Department “would like to contact, in order to get their matters cleaned up.”
Those included have been encouraged to report to the McDowell County Sheriff’s Department to turn themselves in, at which time they will be processed, arraigned by a magistrate, given a bond, released, and given a future court date – contingent on making bond. Those included may also report to a local Law Enforcement Agency for assistance in handling the matter.
“If the above options are not agreeable or convenient for you, we apologize,” said the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office.”
“The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office will find you, arrest you, and place you into the McDowell County Holding Unit.”
Those with information pertaining to the whereabouts of any of the included individuals have been encouraged to contact the McDowell County Sheriff’s Department with said information.
The list reportedly does not represent the complete McDowell County Sheriff’s Office or the McDowell County Magistrate Court warrant list, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
