TORNADO, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A juvenile who was reported missing in Kanawha County on August 26th has been found safe, according to police.
The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office says that 15-year-old, Rowin Wheeler of Tornado has been located in Wheeling in Ohio County.
She was found to be safe, police say. She was reported missing after she left her residence to go to a nearby convenience store with her boyfriend and never returned.
