GREENBRIER COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A mother was arrested and charged with assault after threatening to beat her daughter and friend, calling them “whores and gutter sluts”.
On June 12, 2024, around 1:40 PM, police received a report that Allison Kirchner had threatened her daughter and her daughter’s friend, causing a disturbance.
Upon arrival, the officer spoke with Allison’s mother, who stated that Allison had chased her daughter to her residence, banging on the door and threatening to hit them while also calling them derogatory names, “whores and gutter sluts”. The mother also reported that Allison had threatened the two children earlier at the Dawson store.
The officer then obtained a written statement from the child, who said she had seen her mother near a gas station and that Allison had given them the middle finger as they drove by. When the victims arrived at a store, Allison started beating on their car windows, telling them to get out so she could beat them and calling them “whores and gutter sluts”.
The victims were going swimming when the grandmother called and told the child to come home. Allison was sitting on the guardrail at the end of the driveway. When the victims ran inside, Allison chased them, pounding on the door and threatening to hit them while continuing to use offensive language.
Allison Kirchner was charged with assault.
