MULLENS, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Mullens man was arrested Sunday following a reported domestic incident in the city.
According to law enforcement, officers responded to the Mullens Police Department on May 4, 2026, to speak with a woman regarding an alleged domestic altercation involving her husband, identified as Terry White.
The woman told officers she had returned home after taking children to school when an argument began. During the altercation, she alleged that White threw soda on her, shoved her to the floor, and began punching her before she was able to escape the residence.
Officers noted the woman’s hair was wet with what she said was soda.
Police later went to the residence with the victim, where Terry White was located and taken into custody. He was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.
The investigation remains ongoing.
