OAK HILL, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A registered sex offender is back in jail after he allegedly sexually abused a boy.
According to Oak Hill Police, a call came in from a mother about her son being sexually abused by a nearby neighbor. Â The victim’s mother told police that James McClure had sexually abused her son, and he was a registered sex offender.
An Interview with Just for Kids Advocacy Center was conducted, and the child told authorities that James McClure touched him and McClure made him touch him. Â The alleged incidents happened several times.
McClure is charged with sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian, or person of trust. Â He is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 50,000 dollar bond.
