FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – An Oak Hill woman is facing felony charges in Fayette County. Sheriff Shannon Morris provides the following information regarding this incident.
On August 22, 2024, deputies responded to the Terry Ave area for an alleged domestic disturbance. When deputies arrived, they made contact with a female, who was home alone with four juvenile children. Deputies noticed the female was heavily intoxicated and the house was in deplorable conditions.
Danielle Lewis, 41, or Oak Hill, is charged with four counts of Felony Child Neglect Creating a Risk of Serious Injury or Death. Lewis will now await further court proceedings.
