MONTCALM, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A sexual family affair involving a friend leads to multiple arrests after they involve their children into their sexual fantasy and provided them meth.
On May 21, 2022, Melinda Omarrah told deputies that she took her parent’s vehicle and dropped off her teenage daughter at the home of Jacob Nester around 10 pm. Omarrah says she then rode with Alfred and Denise Thomas to another house, which they left and took the vehicle. When Omarrah got a ride back to the Nestor home at around 4 am on May 22, her daughter told her that she had been given a drug and believed Jacob Nestor had sexually assaulted her. Omarrah took her child to Bluefield Hospital for treatment and evaluation.
When deputies arrived at the Nestor home on Simmons River Road in Montcalm, they spoke with Alfred Thomas and Jacob Nestor. Alfred Thomas told deputies that he and Melinda Omarrah had planned a sexual encounter involving them and Denise Thomas, Alfred’s wife, the following day but that Omarrah had come to the home a day earlier with her child. Alfred Thomas says that Omarrah provided her child with a drug and was making sexually suggestive remarks about her daughter. Thomas also stated that Omarrah had exposed herself to one of his underage grandchildren and provided the grandchild with some drug that was smoked through a pipe.
Jacob Nester told deputies that Melinda Omarrah, Alfred Thomas, and Denise Thomas had left his home for a sexual encounter, leaving Omarrah’s child at his home. Nester says that the child tried to have sex with him, but he declined due to having a medical condition and her age.
On May 23, 2022, detectives reviewed a statement by Omarrah’s child, who stated that she was at the home of Jacob Nestor and Leandra Fuller, along with their two small children. During this time, she was given methamphetamine by Leandra Fuller. After smoking it, she passed out and later woke up with Jacob Nester on top of her, and both of their pants were down. The child says Nester ran out of the room, and Melinda Omarrah transported her to another residence, who was a nurse, and told the nurse that her child had a seizure and had to give her CPR.
On May 24, 2022, deputies interviewed Jacob Nester, who said that both Melinda Omarrah and her daughter had consumed methamphetamine, which was provided by Omarrah. He also said Omarrah had given his young son methamphetamine and exposed herself to the young child, trying to get him to have sexual contact with her. Nester eventually admitted to having sex with Omarrah’s underage child while his young son was in bed and watched it. Nestor was arrested and charged with second-degree sexual assault and gross child neglect.
Later that same day, Alfred Thomas and Leandra Fuller told detectives that Alfred and Melinda Omarrah had discussed having a three-some involving Alfred’s wife, Denise. They said she came earlier than they had planned, started sexual advances on Jacob Nester and Leandra Fuller, and walked around the house naked. Omarrah then provided drugs and started having sexual contact with Leandra and Jacob, who are partners. Leandra later disclosed that she, and her partner Jacob Nester, had sex with Omarrah’s underage child, all while their child was present.
On May 25, 2022, Melinda Omarrah admitted to deputies that she was smoking methamphetamine and taking her daughter to Jacob and Leandra’s home to get marijuana. She admitted to having a sexual encounter with Jacob and Leandra as well. It was also revealed that everyone in the house was smoking meth.
During an interview with the young children, they told authorities that they were made to smoke from a pipe and were sexually assaulted by Melinda Omarrah.
The following people were charged:
Alfred Thomas was charged with gross child neglect. He is currently out on a 20,000 dollar cash-only bond.
Leandra Fuller is charged with third-degree sexual assault and gross child neglect. She is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 20,000 dollar cash-only bond.
Jacob Nester is charged with second-degree sexual assault and gross child neglect. He is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 50,000 dollar cash-only bond.
Melinda Omarrah is charged with an attempt to commit a felony and gross child neglect. She is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 20,000 dollar cash-only bond.
