Well-known among locals and millions of followers on social media, Ricky has been a beloved and popular hibachi chef in southern West Virginia for years.

On social media, he has garnered millions of views for his jokes and interactions with guests at the Hibachi grill.
Ricky has decided to remain in West Virginia as he has opened up his own restaurant in Summersville.
Benji Japanese Steakhouse officially opened its doors to the public on June 1st and the establishment has been busy since.
The establishment is located in the former Summersville Fujiyama building at Merchants Walk.
Benji is serving up hibachi entrees, sushi, various rolls such as the Veggie Roll, the Spicy Tuna Roll, and much more.
Benji Japanese Steakhouse is open seven days a week Monday-Thursday 11 AM-9 PM, Friday-Saturday 11 AM-10 PM, and Sunday 12 PM-9 PM.
