Well-known among locals and millions of followers on social media, Ricky has been a beloved and popular hibachi chef in southern West Virginia for years.
His outgoing personality, sense of humor, and cooking ability have thrown him into the world of social media fame.
He currently has over 2 million followers on various social media platforms.

Ricky has decided to remain in West Virginia as he has opened up his own restaurant in Summersville.
Benji Japanese Steakhouse officially opened its doors to the public on June 1st and the establishment has been busy since.
The establishment is located in the former Summersville Fujiyama building at Merchants Walk.
Benji is serving up hibachi entrees, sushi, various rolls such as the Veggie Roll, the Spicy Tuna Roll, and much more.
Benji Japanese Steakhouse is open seven days a week Monday-Thursday 11 AM-9 PM, Friday-Saturday 11 AM-10 PM, and Sunday 12 PM-9 PM.
