Gardner – After Summers County took a 4-3 lead in the top of the sixth inning, PikeView answered with three in the bottom to earn a 6-4 win Tuesday.
Kalum Kiser and Peyton Greer each had a double and an RBI to lead the Panthers. Nate Riffe and Drew Damewood also knocked in one run each for PikeView.
Brandon Issac had a single and an RBI, while Ryan Oliveros had two hits and an RBI for the Bobcats.
Greenbrier West 9, Liberty 0 (6 innings)
Glen Daniel – Greenbrier West exploded for seven runs in the sixth inning to defeat Liberty 9-0 in six innings Tuesday.
Braydon McClung had a double and drove in two runs for the Cavaliers. McClung also pitched a two-hit shutout to pick up the win on the hill.
Cole Vandall drove in two runs, while Hunter Ridgeway had a double and an RBI for West.
Bluefield 2, Princeton 1
Bluefield – Caleb Fuller doubled home two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to help the Beavers stun county rival Princeton, 2-1 Tuesday.
Hunter Harmon did the work on the mound scattering five hits and striking out 10 to get the victory.
David Rockness had a pair of hits for Bluefield and Harmon had a double.
Brody Combs and Deegan Walters each had a double for the Tigers.
